Giant Global Trading, part of Giant Group, provides trade and logistics services including freight forwarding, sourcing and procurement, and import/export trading. Registered address: Beirut, Lebanon.

- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information in any form

3. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes provided via our website, WhatsApp, or email are estimates based on the information you provide and are not legally binding until confirmed in a signed contract or written agreement
- Final pricing may vary based on actual cargo specifications, route conditions, customs duties, currency fluctuations, or carrier surcharges at the time of shipment
- Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of issue; unstated quotes should be treated as valid for 5 days
4. Contracts & Service Agreements
Any service — freight forwarding, sourcing, or trading — is governed by a separate signed contract or service agreement between Giant Global Trading and the client, which will detail scope, pricing, timelines, payment terms, and liability specific to that engagement. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, such agreements.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate cargo, product, and shipment information
- Ensuring goods comply with the import/export regulations of origin and destination countries
- Providing required documentation in a timely manner to avoid customs delays
- Making payments according to agreed terms in the service contract
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, full payment schedules, accepted currencies and methods) will be specified in the individual service contract or invoice. 50% deposit, 50% on shipment confirmation.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by customs authorities, carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Our liability for any claim related to a specific shipment or trade transaction is limited to the value stated in the applicable service contract or, where no limit is stated, to the fees paid for that specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, port closures, strikes, government restrictions, or global health emergencies.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand assets of Giant Global Trading and Giant Group are protected intellectual property. Nothing on this website grants you a license to use them without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may reference or link to third-party services (carriers, customs platforms, tracking tools). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any services provided by Giant Global Trading, are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 15 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
